How We Met!

We met in 2013 from growing up in Kingwood, Texas. We knew of each other through mutual friends but had yet to become close before the Wylot’s moved to Prosper, Texas. We were able to meet that summer when a group of Kingwood families took a beach trip to Florida. Over our short time in Florida together, our thirteen-year-old selves decided to become boyfriend and girlfriend. Our brief puppy love story had to pause when I [Parker] realized I was not allowed to have a boyfriend yet. We stayed in touch over social media and lived life in different cities until reuniting in college.

Joe went to Ole Miss and I [Parker] went to TCU. Joe came back home to Dallas over the college summers and worked. Joe decided to court me [Parker] while home for the Junior year summer. Our first date was at Hotel Drovers delicious country style restaurant where we enjoyed cocktails and caught up on life. We have been inseparable ever since and cannot wait to spend the rest of our lives together.
